  I am fairly new to the BJJ world but I’ve dived pretty deep since my first oss on the mats. Unleash by Kennet gives you everything you need. And more! It is everything it promises. So efficient in instructions, always fun, and it is definitely joint friendly strength training. I love how you can customise to suit to your needs. It has made the overall experience of your BJJ a challenge to your mind and body and opens it to a road of endless possibilities.

  A very well thought out exercise program for BJJ and other sports , from warmup to workout everything is simple to follow and the exercise library is a great companion to have ( a lot of exercise programs I have seen in the past you have to spend a decent amount of time on YouTube to find well not here ) , with articulate instructions, great explanation and ques Its easy to remember the exercises prescribed . This program has a great focus on strength , mobility and movement which are often neglected things . 10 out of 10 recommend
