Great Video
Great
Making My Guard Harder to Pass One Sore Hip at a Time One of Danaher’s more practical instructionals, with a great systematic approach to understanding how your guard gets passed and how to stop it before things go downhill. There’s plenty here that takes drilling to become automatic, but for an older grappler like me, learning better positioning and retention beats trying to out-scramble someone half my age every time.

Johnny D does it again! Just when you think you don't need to learn more you take a chance and shows you just how wrong you were. He completes my game further and further each time and gives me confidence that I'm doing things the correct way.
