Getting to the back to subs!
Sick back instructions John’s great
It’s great to have a instructional that teaches subs with the this kind of instructor always good to get this knowledge
My favorite instructor I enjoy the way he can break down techniques I’m improving the way I can submit get it it’s a great way to learn
This is my first instructional from Danaher and I am super impressed with his teaching. I love that Danaher talks about crucial concepts to prove why we should be prioritizing taking our opponent's back first before other attacks. I'm still early in practicing but this instructional has helped my back offense significantly and as a 5ft 4in 130lb guy, I really needed this to better challenge the bigger guys at my gym.
Wonderful as always
useful material as time goes by
Really good for fundamentals. He teaches you to take the back and earn position to get submissions.
Top quality material and teaching methods. Get dominate hand fight first (wrestling course) before starting this if beginner.
If your lacking direction. This is the video for you
Did the ***** sumi geashi to back take and got the sub! Thanks John! And that was white belt (me) vs a purple belt.
This has really helped me maintain control and increase my submission percentage
Well explained and has practical advice that you can put into your rolls from day one. I skipped ahead to back takes from closed guard and was able to execute on day one. Loving this new tool.

Great details and explanations.
Amazing
John Danaher is super in-depth as always. This a great instructional in not only how to get to the back from several positions but how to attack the back when you get there. Great details for no matter how long you've been training BJJ.
Awesome, the back is king, learn to take it from everywhere
Great stuff I’ve got a lot to work on, but I’ve already been able to see some progress.
There's so much here. I'll be spending many months reviewing this content.
