• Comprehensive back attack curriculum

  I have a vast majority of J.Danahers instructional videos, including Bask System. This one has a sligtly different approach and focuses more on how to get to the back control rather than how to control and finish from there (even though these things are also presentented). Overall a very good material with precise instruction from one of the best coaches ever.
