  Good introduction to braulio's lapel system. This dvd focuses on how to stay safe along with guard retention and recovery with the lapels. It's essential, it's hard to be offensive if you can't keep the guard using the lapels.

You will not fall asleep, and don't have to invest 80 hours a week. Braulio's coaching is world class.

• The Lapel Guard System - Galaxy Guard

  The man is brilliant. Simply brilliant. This is a great series. So great that I bought all 4 volumes. I originally started out no-gi Jiujitsu which I still enjoy & love and I was dissuaded from the beginning from getting into Gi, took a break from Jiujitsu and came back doing Gi, Gi is a lot of fun especially when you start using it to your advantage. I've been searching for a comprehensive system that would teach me different ways of using the Gi that I have never thought of before. This is a great series. Very creative. I will absolutely be practicing what the professor taught throughout the series. God Bless him, such a great job on this series.
