  Great instructional . Everything is really well explained. Explanations are maybe a bit repetitive at times but the techniques are really good. He likes to keep things simple, and his techniques are simple, yet very effective. That's the way I like it too.

  The types of controls and positions in this video compliment Lovato Jr's Passing Passing systems and Matt Darcy Death passing very well. All emphasize heavy, smothering pressure using twisting and head direction to make the person want to give up on the way, but all in their own unique way of doing so. I highly recommend this one as a compliment to Lovato style passing , but do not believe it to be a beginner passing system to work on first.

  Braulio Estimas Gi Cradle Passing System works excellent for me. If you like a controlled pressure based game this instructional is a must have for you. I used this style a lot and it is one of the best passing instructionals in the gi I have ever saw.
