Incredible instructional. It should be the first one anyone watches to learn about leg attacks. I have watched many leg lock instructionals, but most are pretty advanced. This one is a much better starting point and much easier for a guy like me to follow.
Bought when leg-locks were rare, it gave me a real edge.
Good technics and details that help to develop a solid game. I am much more comfortable now to get the right moment and opportunity.
