Lacklan Giles is one of the most underrated instructors on here. He goes into a tremendous amount of detail covering what I thought was a simple technique. I am still working on this one and probably will be for quite a while.

Lachlan has the best instructionals hands down! He covers so much in his videos definitely not meant to watch in one sitting. He gives a lot of options/adjustments based on opponents reactions His t kimura section is incredible I can't recommend this video enough
