A very unique style broken down into an easy to understand system. Their other DVD's are similarly structured and worth investing in for concepts and principles you can immediately apply. Once again the BJJ Fanatics website delivers :)

This instructional is worth every penny and honestly worth almost more than they asked for! A lot of great concepts that seem super easy to mix into your game almost immediately I can’t wait to get back into the gym and I can’t wait for more content from these monsters!!

its a new kind of style im 130 pounds and usually have to be a speed demon to snacth the back or do knee on belly some kind of position where i can stay mobile and out of the strength of big guys. The leg pin is a great way to deal with bigger guys without burning up your cardio. I also like there teaching style reminding me to keep the fundamentals of the system but also do what works for you and blend it in to your own creative style.

Pinning with the foot control has been working well since getting this instructional. I would like to see some good ways to get the person to their back to best execute the move.

This is a must have DVD! The Leg Pin system that they've developed and/or systemized is highly effective that puts the guard passer at very low risk, with a high percentage success rate. It's a system that if you don't know, learn, and become great at, you will be left behind.
