  Easy to follow as always Marcelo never complicates things at all. All his techniques I would say work for people of all shapes sizes and athletic abilities. The whole x guard system is covered in this fantastic edition of Bjj fanatics What I would suggest is he should do a no GI edition with leg lock entrys
