I love David's teaching style b/c I can see the move before he fills in with all the details. That's a great feature.
If you already play octopus guard, you will find new ideas and progressions on this instructional. If you don't, it can be a good place to start.
great details
heard good things about this instructional so looking forward to seeing what it's about
Shows entries and how to use the reverse seatbelt to sweep, submit and get to the back.
good
I love Dave's approach because he isn't overly-wordy. He explains most moves in under 3-4 steps and it all still works.
Own several of David’s instructionals and they are all great. This one does not disappoint.
very good instructional.
Easy to follow, great techniques.
This was a great instructional. David Avellan explains things very well. I will also check out his kimura videos too!

Professor D. A. provides a systematic approach on the reverse seat belt out of half guard or both legs outside avoiding side mount bottom. It is about reversals and sweeps and back takes. He also offers particular high percentage submissions: Kimura and Leg Locks. Also a face crank is offered. I personally use this system as an add on to round up my half guard game. Highly recommend!
Gives you way to deal with reverse half guard passing and path for the times when your opponent gives you too much pressure on the outside arm side but leaves or you manage to create an opening on the inside arm side.
Always looking for ways to combat reverse half guard passing and this works really well with my game!
I feel like if you can get one thing out of a seminar it was worth the money but owning the instructional is like going to a high level seminar everyday and you can learn it all with time. This is a underrated position and this video does a great job of explaining the concepts very well.
