  In my opinion and based on my experience, I think it's a great video. It covers the basics, explains them well, and shows the details clearly. It’s a good tutorial to help you focus on the basics if you’re a white- to blue-belt. If you’re a blue belt, it helps you refine some of the basic movements. If you’re a purple or brown belt, it gives you a good overview of the fundamentals, so you can share them in a more structured way. It’s like a good book that’s a must-have in your library—it never goes out of style and always teaches you something, depending on where you read it
