  A good beginning Jiu Jitsu course. Although it does not contain all of the requirements for blue belt. However, I knew that prior to purchasing by looking at the menu, so no complaints here.

  This is a great video with good demonstration of techniques. I was expecting more of step-by-step what you need to know from White to Blue belt. This isn't quite that. But it does cover a lot of basics for a good price.
