It gives me great options to pass and is enjoyable
Finally can deal with knee shields. This is my new system!
This is outstanding, start to finish, it is not only about passing but finishing the pass and ALWAYS thinking about and accounting for which way the legs and hips are facing when finishing side control. Well thought out, well executed, well communicated, most of these I have never seen before and this is about MUCH more than just Sao Paulo pass. Best money I have spent on an instructional.
There are lots of great techniques included.
There are many guard passes here but some are rather involved. Great stuff but not for anyone lower than blue belt in my opinion.
Damm closed guard i will defeat!
Not my typical game but I do see some useful techniques
One of my favorites Guard passing system
Learn the Sao Paulo pass from the best!
It can be tricky to break a strong opponent's guard using the conventional standing guard breaks we learn as beginners. Still, breaking closed guard from the knees can also be easier said than done. Nogueira gives a slew of great details to add the Sao Paulo pass to your arsenal.
nice details
awesome techniques
Solid passes here. Definitely some great details just about anybody can pick up to build/expand their passing game. My issue is just in the title. There’s about half a chapter dedicated to the São Paulo pass (23 minutes) and then it veers off to a bunch of other styles of passing. As someone who’s new to this pass, it’s not bad. But as a black belt who primarily plays this pass, this wasn’t it.
Lots of great stuff. One of my favorites.
Nice content.
If you want to completely shut down your opponent's options while passing, the the Sao Paulo Pass is for you. I can think of no better teacher than Leonardo Nogueira about this topic.
great Sao Paulo Pass video
Great info on passing that has been very helpful in my rolls. Easily worth the price of purchase.
The way this instructional breaks down all the components into small easy to understand snippets for each pass is amazing, a must have for anyone wanting to compete in a GI
Excellent instructional on a classic pass. Plenty of key details here that have allowed me to hit this on everyone at the gym without getting hit with the omaplata
Found myself getting omaplata'd a lot untill i saw this tutorial. Works really well as a way to enter chest to chest half guard if that's your thing. Oldschool stuff that's an absolute bargain.
This system is really helpfull and it is not often taught in the gym so you can often get an advantage in the gym in the lower levels by using the techniques.
This series has been a great investment. Leonardo is a great teacher. He explains concepts that are otherwise difficult to grasp with ease and structure. I highly recommend his series
I found was I was looking for, I still struggle to pass the guard as I am a beginner but I feel like my game is evolving
Amazing series awesome system
