  I use the mounted triangle from this instructional routinely. It's awesome. I've used it on good people. Imo it's better than the Rener mounted triangle technique. I haven't hit the flying triangle from this video ever (yet). Granted I don't usually get lined up for uchimatas, much less jump my leg on the guy's back--but I should because I will be the toast of the town if I can do a flying triangle. I use his fundamental techniques from this video, and I can tap people without even locking my legs (at least during drills, I don't believe I've ever tried it live, and it's not necessary anyway, it's just good to know, for technique). I haven't watched this video again in probably over a year, and it's only from reviewing the table of contents that I realized how valuable this video has already been to me.
