Explained very well.
There is not much to say about Craig Jones as he now is established as a top level competitor. But he is also a great teacher and shows a very clear and easy to implement approach to a well known submission, the triangle.
Great instructional.
If your wanting to get more dialed in on your triangles Craig jones has some good information here
Fantastic like always !!!
Awesome. My current game.
It is a great video - seems like I didn't know how to do triangles till I watched this video. I learned a lot useful stuff.
Good info however maybe Craig needs to redo this vid or update it as the sound is terrible. It is also not a stand alone tutorial but an excerpt of another tutorial of his.
Great details for the triangle
Brilliant instructional about triangles, how to set them up and lock them tight 👍
I haven't been comfortable using triangles in training, but this instructional gave details and demonstrations which made them make sense. Easy to apply and practice.
Great attacks
Awesome instructional. Concise and easy to understand especially as a newer bjj practitioner. Sometimes, you don't need a super long instructional in order to learn a lot! Looking forward to picking up more of Craig's videos in the future!
proven techniques from the toughest competition broke down in simple to use instructions.
really helpful
it's the ****
Great details that are sure to have me trying a lot more triangles!
Good instructional, and Craig never fails to be interesting. It was made before he hit his stride, but this is still invaluable.
This may be a 2nd at best instructional, but it still deserves 5 stars. Craig does an awesome job showcasing some high percentage triangles from multiple different angles. This instructional is sweet and to the point. Great noteworthy details and not too much jumble in between that goes unheard. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to better their triangle game from any angle.
Really helpful tips on how to actually finish the triangle once you get there!
Some nice details to finishing the triangle
Craig provides some good tips on how to improve the effectiveness of your triangle chokes.
I came here from Jones' OnlyFans and was surprised to learn his triangle chokes are even better than his other videos.
Love his style of teaching, give you some really good details but don't make you want to fall a sleep with long winded explanations.
A shorter instructional, but Craig Jones has had a huge influence on BJJ, so an important contribution.
