  Sensei Isreal Hernandez did another very smart job to break down the target throw and to choose other throws where you have to force different parts of the certain technique to get it done. After you are used to this steps you can implement this keyponts to get the yoko tomoe nage mastered. Later on he refers to this steps when teaching the yoko tomoe nage. He teaches rhe yoko tomoe nage as primary attack with set ups as well as how to counter the counters and taransitions to folliw up throws and the other way around. He points out the common mistakes and how to get around them as well as how to defend the throw. His approach is to use as less steps as possible and as many as needed to keep it sinple and efficient and effective. My greatest bedefit out of it was the understanding that you have to let you fall first and then step onto your opponent`s hips Highly recommend!
