• In depth understanding of a vast throw

  The uchimata comes in so many shapes! He talks about motherthrows from where the diffrent variations of uchimata come from. Its really awsome to understand that the lifting uchimata is similar to koshi guruma etc. And that you can do variations where you skip a bit of the "get low and lift with you hip" by doing it with emphasis on the ashi-wasa. Cross-step is really generating more power for me as a tall judoka. Best uchimata instructional. But sound quality is a bit lacking.
