Awesome instructional.
I wish I had a 10 planet her but I dont so I am trying to learn from the videos but its hard my class just started to do leg locks and I fell like 10 plant is way ahead in this and I am not aloud to ankle hook tell blue belt
Killer instructional. My gym is mostly blue and white belts, but I’ve been finding great success with the truck system shown in this instructional. Geo’s teaching is detailed and easily retained. I was able to watch a particular entry and or sub a few times and go into class and hit it with relative ease.
Thank you!! geo!!
User friendly instruction and great moves to add to your ground game.
I have about 10 fanatics videos and this one is probably my favorite. The progression of the lessons is great. Geo starts with good detail and builds on each lesson. There are a lot of instructors that don't understand this concept. I highly recommend this video. I look forward to getting his next one if he does something.
Great instructional
Great instructional. I like Geo's explanation and breakdown of the techniques. I am a big fan of the 10th Planet system, and fascinated by the truck position. I love this so far, and only one volume into series. Cant wait to watch rest of it.
So usually I don’t binge watch an instructional but each flow left me with the ok I’ll just watch one more. Geo is amazing at explaining the what and why and introduces so many truck entries and attacks in this instructional. If you have any interest in back takes or the truck position this one is well worth watching.
