Thorough guide of the on top position
I really like the video-course, it gives you a thorough understanding of what happens in the on top position. Gui explains you the goals of the person on top and in guard, the details of the position, what allows you and what prevents you from having a good on top game. I reccomend the video, but I would suggest it for people who already have some experience in bjj.

Very Good Very Good instructional. Teaches alot of underlying theory about positions. Really helps you understand Brazilian jiu jitsu on a deeper level. He gives you a really good understanding of passing different guards, with good technique and concepts which you can apply to your game.
