Nice
It’s like a bible to me. So many principles and knowledge.
It’s so amazing how deep he’s going into Bjj. He knows so much and can break it down that everybody can understand. I love it
I needed a reminder to fill in all basics of guard and distance retention to carry out all my bottom sequences. This course filled in some of the core fundamentals that I became rusty on and helped me utilize it again on the mats
I think one of the best guard trainings ever. Basement and foundation still works.
Great instructor
Covers a lot of good fundamental concepts pertaining to different guards into a complete system.
Very Good instructional. Teaches alot of underlying theory about the bottom positions & distance. Really helps you understand Brazilian jiu jitsu on a deeper level. He gives you a really good understanding of playing guard to manage distance, with good technique and concepts which you can apply to your game.
This video tell us not only technique but also concepts of guard. It is useful for considering our guard work.
This really helped me mentally organize all the random things I've learned about the guard over the years. I really like this approach.
good
Great explanation of techniques n concepts
As a beginner, I found this instructional very informative and useful. I’ll be watching it several more times as my training progresses. Mendes focuses on teaching some of his concepts about how he perceives various distances between him and an opponent and the approaches he takes from each distance. This is also a great introduction to the De La Riva guard for anyone who isn’t familiar with that yet.
great stuff. looking forward to watching it again
This has helped me elevate my guard game and attacks
