To de-load, or not to de-load, that is the question
"Mike Israetel's video on strength training for jiu-jitsu is excellent. He delivers actionable advice with humor, making it easy to digest. At 52, and juggling a demanding jiu-jitsu and strength schedule, his section on deloading was a game-changer for me. The practical insights into preventing burnout are invaluable. Now, the real challenge is sticking to the deload and resisting live rolling! Highly recommended for any jiu-jitsu athlete seeking sustainable strength gains.

About this program: It's cheap, concise and effective. About the guy: Michael Israetel is the John Danager of weight lifting and Nutrition. He is an expert, a PhD in Sport Science, and know his sh*t, and will make you better if you just follow the advice. On top of that he's hilarious, so I recommend following him on Yt.
