Strength for BJJ
Awesome video that's easy to follow. I recommend it to everyone that wants to get stronger for BJJ.
Excellent
Really great introduction to strength training around grappling.
Very Informative with Non-Inclusive Language
Content is concise, high level and easy to understand. Michael Israetel has put black belt amounts of time, effort and dedication (PhD) and made a 1 hour 40 min video to summarise his knowledge that he openly shares. Michael explains the objective science along with his personal opinions/view - which does include non inclusive language towards women (which also intensify every 20 mins).
Build a program
Great information on building a program with your strength training and BJJ training.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:An outstanding lectured from Dr. Mike.
I followed Dr. Mike on youtube. I liked his grounded, but well-researched approached to fitness and nutrition. I was delighted to hear he was also a black belt in jiu-jitsu and he brought that analytical program building to bjj. It's one of the most purposeful programs on the site and recommend it for anyone looking to improve offensive capabilities, injury pervention, and recovery on the mat and in the weight room.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:fire:Excellent
Just the insight I needed to balance weight training with my grappling training. Well worth the price that I got it for with the Daily Deal.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Cheaper than a pt consultation
Got alot of useful information on how to structure my lifting routine on my own, definitely worth the low price for that much insight
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Definitely added some new concepts
Definitely added some new concepts grapplers should consider when it comes to strength training. Never been a fan of instructors who tell students not to use strength - strength is an asset... use it!!
