  I actually bought this maybe two years ago when I was still quite new to Jujitsu and it was just too complicated for me as I now realise in hindsight that there were a lot of 'basic' movements with the hip positionings, sticky hooks, angles, rolls/inversions/bolos etc that needed to be at a reasonable level first before the RDLR can really be effective - otherwise there are a lot of things that can go against your 'plan' with a resisting opponent. However now being comfortable with the 'basics' and finally going through all these and with fresh eyes, there's so much really good detail and techniques in here covering multiple situations and positions and I'm actually pulling them off in class. Highly recommended!
