  This video is so well broken down, Dan always delivers and this is no exception. I'm a jiujitsu practitioner and this has been helpful in both sports. Bottom position in wrestling and our turtle position, most of the goals are the same and the availability of options he offers is such a game changer. I can't recommend this enough, you need this in your video library.
