I wrestled a bit in high school and college but never fully got it until years after from fighting and grappling. I'm still a novice in wrestling but it is a large component of how I like to grapple. I mostly would High C to a double, single to a double, or double to a double from every set up i know, then cut guys and let them back to nuetral. In the first 7 minutes Chael has improved both my game and my ability to coach. Well worth 5 times the price to me, and all from the true undefeated GOAT!

I’ve always done judo and bjj, was never a wrestler. But this has improved my judo and my stand up in bjj a ton! Lots of helpful tips

Chael has the ability to teach in a thoughtful, informative and enthusiastic manner. If you thought all Chael could do was talk to get into fights and then be grind heavy to win, think again. He has a vast knowledge and I would say underrated and underappreciated in his ideas and theories about trapping. This is a great price for some fundamentals from the gangster himself, I was definitely not expecting much but what Chael delivered was a masterclass.

Chael Sonnen created a profound series consisting of solo drills as well as partner drills setups and finishes. He points out very clear the do's and dont's . Highly recommend for starters. He does a great job in pointing out when to do which transition too. 👍�

I am disappointed I took so long to get this title. I have a bunch of the videos here, great product. I swear he just went over moves (lightly) and focused on principles we forget to emphasize. Literally felt like reviewing the college reading materials right before the exam. He shows variations and says "doesn't matter, just understand the concept and you will find solutions to every problem". I love this one.

This instructional was surprisingly good. Chael wastes no time and really breaks down the fundamentals of wrestling. The first part alone was so helpful, and I could already feel the benefit in comp class last night. Highly recommended.

This is probably the best fundamental wrestling instructional out there. Not long, not short and covers what you need for a wrestling foundation. Chael is one of the great communicators because understands what YOU want, and that his job is to get out of the way, and deliver.

It’s shocking how good of a series this is. Having No wrestling background in BJJ has been a struggle. This was exactly what I needed. Amazing coaching and explanation of fundamental wrestling principles. Seriously, if you didn’t wrestle before and are sick of pulling guard all the time, this is a game changer and absolutely for you.
