This is a great instructional, especially for the older Jiu Jitsu practitioners. It’s helping me keep training pain free at 45 👴
My dear old body is loving this stuff!
If you are consistent with this video and have patience you will see improvements with once tight areas . Practice.,practice practice
Nice Yoga instructional (love the bad jokes too). Already starting to see the benefits.
Great videos, easy to follow, worth your time
Love it
Really well received. Instant results. Interesting yet funny commentary
Verry goo, has helped a lot with my mobility
Very Good Material
Really helpful for people of a certain age
Have been using these videos for years, pre bjj fanatics. Very beneficial for keeping me healthy on the mats
I used alot of this video while recovering from mild knee surgery. It's been an incredible help with my overall mobility.
It's really for rocks! Yes - you can do it for sure!
The video has helped improve my flexibility greatly!
As a 52 stiff guy, with bad knees, I can't do the same yoga that my wife does. I can manage to perform almost of the moves that SB teaches, and it makes me feel better.
Easy to follow and can expect tangible results after a few weeks, especially if you are really inflexible
When I saw the title of the instructional, I immediately knew that it was meant for me. Saying that I am a rock is an understatement because I lack any mobility and flexibility in my body which just getting worse and worse with the increasing amount of time being spent on the mat. Sebastian cuts straight to the point and totally eliminates the spiritual rainbow and unicorn stuff people tend to associate with yoga. He does not expect you to execute crazy yoga movement, but only spend 10 minutes per day to carry out some pretty basic yoga movement. Highly recommended to all unathletic and rusty old rocks just like me.
Especially great for unflexible people!
Mobility is an essential part of bjj and well being. Sebastian is the best i. The field.
We all have at least 10 minutes a day to care for our body and we can continue to practice this art for a long time to come
This is a great introduction to yoga, with focus on practical positions, anyone can do, with a focus on all the parts of the body that takes the most abuse in BJJ
I tried to resist doing this forever, but the time finally came. The time commitment is minimal, and I started loosening up after just a couple sessions. Mobility and recovery both improved quickly. I wish I had started this stuff years ago.
Wish it was a lttle longer. But had helpful information hhelped my back and hip flexibility
Great instructional, well worth the money
Sebastian Brosche is offering a great option to get your BJJ on a new level while also ensuring that your body is better prepared for the demanding execution of the sport we love. Flexibility and mobility is even more important for us 40+ grapplers and can help to prevent injury and also a much more solid guard game. Highly recommended instructional with many options to get an optimal start into your Yoga journey.
