  As A Almost Blue belt compeating at a Blue Level Knee Bahhs are allowed at local competitions. so this was another great instructional from Craig Jones. I will be Applying ASAP as we don't go over them very often at my gym.

  being able to find knee bars through a heel hook era will link together a lot of good possibilities. I'm excited for this DVD usually you get a few knee bar bonuses but actually looking down the right avenue for technique will save you a lot of digging. I haven't got too far in this yet but so far it's gold
