Fantastic and innovative instructional. Margot is a tremendous teacher, seamlessly blending her expertise as a competitor with her knowledge of movement and mechanics. I really enjoy her style of presenting information which is both thoughtful and articulate. Thoroughly recommended and planning on purchasing her breaking rhythm instructional next. As always BJJ fanatics deliverying great products with amazing instructors

Margot Ciccarelli keeps you entranced with her concepts and as she calls a lenses of observation. This is a modern style of NoGi grappling instruction which doesn't require strength only technique and of course timing. Enjoyed this one and will reference back again.

Margot's way of explaining and thought process is second to none. There is no repetitive or filler information, just a great short contextual "map" of each position and it's end goal, followed by a step-by-step of the whole process. Highly recommended, thanks Margot!
