Fantastic and innovative instructional. Margot is a tremendous teacher, seamlessly blending her expertise as a competitor with her knowledge of movement and mechanics. I really enjoy her style of presenting information which is both thoughtful and articulate. Thoroughly recommended and planning on purchasing her breaking rhythm instructional next. Great
i really like this one. the Margot is an amazing teacher. She tries to make a "clever" fighter out of the viewer.
Margot Ciccarelli keeps you entranced with her concepts and as she calls a lenses of observation. This is a modern style of NoGi grappling instruction which doesn't require strength only technique and of course timing. Enjoyed this one and will reference back again.
Helped a bunch with my no gi backtakes
Margot's way of explaining and thought process is second to none. There is no repetitive or filler information, just a great short contextual "map" of each position and it's end goal, followed by a step-by-step of the whole process. Highly recommended, thanks Margot!
