Answered from 87,673 customer reviews
3,721 reviewers describe what happened to their own game, rating 4.97 out of 5. 1,208 report a measurable improvement and 437 describe using the material in live training rather than only watching it. Another 241 say a technique started working for them within days of buying.
This is the set of reviews that make a claim about outcome rather than about the product. 1,265 of them name a specific position or submission, which is the difference between a testimonial and a report.
241 describe a technique working within days, at 4.99 average. 400 describe a shift in understanding rather than a single new move.
The 3,721 matching reviews sit at 4.97 on average, against 4.95 for the archive as a whole. 0 of them carry one or two stars.
Each row counts, among the 3,721 matching reviews, how many contain a phrase pattern for that theme. One review can satisfy several patterns and then appears under each of them, which is why the column does not add up. Rows are ordered by count.

Foot Sweep Flo by Justin Flores
I always wanted to put foot sweeps in my game. This is one of the best instructionals for foot sweeps. They are still just so hard to hit!
Dynamically Taking The Back (Turtle) by Jason Rau
Jason Rau is an excellent instructor! Very good techniques and ideas in the instructional, I was immediately able to implement these in my game.
FREE Mini Course Down Right Sloppy Half Butterfly by Eoghan O'Flanagan
This review is for the free preview. It is very helpful. Makes me consider getting the full version if I ever want to add half butterfly to my game. The instructor is good too.
The São Paulo Passing System by Leonardo Nogueira
I knew that my BJJ strategy was weak on guard passing, and as a 200 lb 46 year old, a slow, pressure-based approach works well for me. After studying this series and systematically drilling the concepts with a training partner, I've notice a dramatic improvement in my guard passing. I now have much more confidence where I previously was vulnerable.
Japanese Judo Secrets by Satoshi Ishii
I have been practicing Jiu Jitsu off and on since 2001. My first Martial Art was Hapkido. I practiced Judo with a friend who was from Japan and he was a Judo Black Belt but that was over 20 years ago. My Jiu Jitsu school has a Judo Program so I started a year ago. This video is very good for me. It shows all the throws I need to learn but what I really like is the detailed explanation of how to set up the throws. I already train to many different Arts so I was worried that Judo would be too much and my age, being 56 years old. At my age it is so important to really watch and listen to the experts. This is an excellent video program especially for Jiu Jitsu students wanting to improve their Stand-Up Game.
King KneeBar by Bendy & Katie Casimir
Buy it. this has opened up an aspect of my game where I can take advantage of opportunities that I would previously have to escape/stall/shell up in. This content provides you a rare knowledge gap among purple, brown and black belts. Primarily that's because most colored belts simply aren't considering the problems that this solves. With all the excitement for heel hooks and leg locks, Kneebars are a proven submission that are often overlooked as a core part of your game.
The same question, taken from the 5 matches at three stars or under. Published unedited and at the same length as the positive ones, because an archive that quotes only praise is not worth reading.
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
Just watched this and without even trying my jiujitsu improved.
Hidden BJJ Secrets by Luiz Panza
Interesting ideas from Panza, but unfortunately I can't say that watching the dvd has helped my game tremendously
The Buchecha Arm Bar by Marcus "Buchecha" Almeida
Overall great content by mr.almeida. Very detailed and straight to the point. However i find the mount variations to be perhaps a little non efficient to implement during rolling. Side note is that I have only been trying it for a month, so i believe with practice and with slite modifications it will be a given staple in my game.
Side Control Dominance by Andre Galvao
After watching this and G Ryan's instructional on side pins, I was a little disappointed. This summarised and overviewed some more movement-based and flowy techniques than ryan did, but besides that didn't have much I wanted to add to my game. Good beginner-level instructional
The Berimbolo and Beyond by The Miyao Brothers
Pretty good, a few new things I could add to my game. A few copying techniques where they only changed a single leg I felt could have been just added to previous technique.
