Amazing instructional with tons of really detailed content
This instructional together with bottom game one will be enough to build a quite comprehensive game plan that will allow one to win competitions at least in blue belt masters divisions. It definitely worked for me.

Awesome
top level material from the master himself
There is so much gold in these videos. As a white belt that rolls against younger, more athletic people, this has instantly given me more tools to work with and improved my game right away. I'm going to be coming back to these for a long time.
Despite being marketed as Jiu-Jitsu for those who are older, I find these techniques applicable for everyone. Very good concepts for pace control and maximising connection.
John Danaher always delivers excellent teachings and instructions that are easy to follow and drill in the gym. Can only recommend!
