clear explanations and good encouragement for the older grapplers. I bought this video and its complement The Bottom Gi game.
This is a great series for the older and slower players like me.
Just awesome…… Deff an efficient video series for us older players. You can’t go wrong with Danaher.
Excellent, like allways!!
The best purchase if you are over 35 years old. So much details, well explained as usual with the best teacher there is : John Danaher. Buy all his ageless Jiu Jitsu and build a solid and smart game for a lifetime !

Great for anyone trying to have control based game vs speed based
Excellent instructions de John Danaher comme d'habitude
Thorough, detailed video set - highly recommend it!
I purchased this as I am looking at every opportunity I can to stop getting smashed by my peers and so far this is awesome. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is like me and getting on in life
as an older player the ageless series has been incredibly useful, I would recommend all 4
Amazing instructional. Very complete and detailed. Worth every minute.
I'm an old guy and I loved this
As usual, Mr. Danaher's is very thorough with every detail. In-depth explanation of all the techniques and scenarios. Must have for every jiu jitsu practition who are old and less athletic.
As an older athlete, I found this to be invaluable! I have been working a lot of this content into my rolling and having great success.
John is so methodical and gives so many good options for athletically compromised athletes.
Lots of interesting techniques and principles for older athletes
great instructional. Lots of interesting techniques and variations. a bit slow so watching at 2x might help with showing down for the key bits
Great game plan approach for jiujitsu.
great way of putting the basics together
Despite an emphasis on the utility of these techniques for less athletic and older folks I find this instructional perfect almost for everybody who wants to start working on a top game gameplan. Not a typical Danaher's instructional with deep dive into a single topic, but rather a plug and play one with plenty of options from taking gown, to passing or taking the back, and finishing with submission.
best instructional yet
fantastic, super suggested
detailed scenarios to follow
