Amazing collection of techniques & strategy that doesnt require athleticism
Easy to follow and effective techniques!
he is an amaizing teacher.
very useful
I started BJJ when I was 42 years old. Now at 44 and a Blue Belt, I've been searching for great content on how I can better handle the younger more athletic monsters at our training academy. John Danaher is a leged, we all know that. However, its the way he breaks down these techniques and approaches that makes this series worth its weight in gold. The very first 17:00 minutes of this series has been game changing alone!! If you are an older practionier BUY THIS NOW!!
great framework for top position for anyone
As a 52 yo jiujiteiro the whole Ageless Jiujitsu serie worth as much as gold. John Danaher is a mastermind.
detail class for all ages
This series shows how to build a very formidable game using methods that don't rely on attributes such as speed, agility, flexibility or strength. while this might be especially useful for older grapplers I believe this could be very beneficial to anyone looking to improve their Jiujitsu. I would highly recommend this.
amazing details and easy to follow

?
Always detailed and easy to follow.
John Danahers instruction is the best. He has helped me tremendously.
I just started practicing Jiu Jitsu and was concerned about old injuries and being older in general however these videos are perfect for the older practitioner. Thanks John Danaher
too much detail to retain! should have rated 1 star ;)
Great insight for a beginner at any age!
Another solid entry by John Danaher on how to direct your technical development in a way that compensates for older age, lesser athleticism, or just a way to scale your training intensity lower without sacrificing efficacy. The technical principles are a wonderful combination of classical judo stand up entries and execution with consideration to the structures and rulesets of jiujitsu. Continuing on to ground work, the technical development uses some common principles of position and submission but with the emphasis on techniques that can be used with less physical demand of the body, be it in regards to strength, mobility, or muscular endurance.
