This is a simple system that keeps me wanting to go train.
The emphasis of this one is mostly half guard top. I was able to get the basic moves to work immediately
Great details
Great video. Nice and clear explanations
It was nice that you told me step by step
Wish I knew this stuff earlier on in my BJJ journey
One of my favourite instructionals, which has really helped my game!
This is one of Danaher’s newer series and you can tell he’s learned a lot and addressed a lot of the criticisms of his earlier vids. He’s not as long winded here, he moves at a much faster pace and is far less repetitive. He’s also presents a great game plan for older grapplers to control and beat younger and more athletic grapplers
I wish I new about John years ago, the best teacher.
John Danader never disappoints! I'm learning so much from this series!
If you want to start with half guard passing from top, this instructional will be a great starting point with great bonus of pinning and submission techniques.
half guard
Very good details on half guard passing and submissions that prioritise positional control. Very useful for dealing with athletic opponents, and also just for all types of opponents.
Best part is the chest to chest passing
double under is dope
I’ve been training for over 11 years and it never ceases to amaze me the details John Danaher provides in his instructionals.
Good fit for those who like to play conservative, controlling game centered around half guard.
This instructional is centered around half guard which allows one to control and exhaust one's opponent from top position.
Newer Danaher instructionals are just awesome
Amazing! I love it
Danaher does it again
Great
John
Great video love it
This series covers some great techniques and concepts for older half-guard players.
