This is wonderful. Made just for guys like me.
Great video for older bjj athletes
Comprehensive gameplan for those who want to slow the game down. Beginners, injured, and just lazy masters athletes will benefit from this instructional a lot.
Excellent tape by John!
Just what I needed as an old (60) injured guy!
Exactly what you’d expect from one of the best and most detailed instructor in BJJ. Great stuff for an old guy’s bottom game.
much to learn
Professor Danaher as usual displays his incredible depth of knowledge in this series and conveys a full game plan for older and/or less athletic players.
Another gem from John Danaher. just like his No-Gi Top Game instructional, this is a complete system from the bottom. This instructional is half guard-centric and covers everything from surviving bad positions to submissions from the bottom. it is a must have, particularly if you find yourself playing from the bottom a lot.
Bottom Game
great details, I understand the concept better now
This is a must have, not only for older people but anyone who is going up against someone more athletic than you are.
Excellent guide escaping to half guard bottom
Priceless advice on survival skills for older BJJ practitioners.
Excellent video for us old guys!
The great John Danaher offers an very insightful and helpful class on how as an older practitioner you can cope with a younger, fitter practitioner. I have just started BJJ at the age of 52 and feel encouraged by this course that I can have a fighting chance against younger opponents if I follow John's advice. Worth every penny I paid for this course.
Great techniques for the Older guys.
John is always talking about for beginners, they should focus on primarily 3 things: 1.) bottom play (particularly half guard) 2.) escapes 3.) passing in one instructional, John delivers heavily on the first two points, especially the first. you are given a complete half guard and bottom game in general in addition to recovering guard from bad positions such as bottom side, bottom mount, and turtle. if you can only buy one of his instructionals and you're a white or blue belt, make it this one.
I feel like this is just good effective bjj! Great techniques that everyone can benefit from.

this is what I need to learn ! I'm very satisfied
