  Sode is a rarely explained tecnique. Here you have all the details you need. I have just found a little repetitive to show both left and right size for all the enties in every directions. Audio and videobquality is great.

• Sode has great value

  I was told that Sode is a dead throw that does not work in a competitive scenario. So I did my own research and to not much surprise I found that im truth it is quite the opposite. A healthy skepticism is always good to keep I often find that my conclusions do not align with the claims of others. Now to the Sode instructional. Mr. Pedro is a true expert in Sode, as some might know his Student Kyla Harrison uses Sode Tsurikomi Goshi as her Tokui Waza to the highes effect. All the basics are taught including spinning entries. The only thing I would like to see with these Instructionals is more live movement, showing these techniques with footwork and change of direction from multiple tactical scenarios. But even as it is this instructional has great value and I absolutely love it.
