Essential!
If you wish to rely on your BJJ for what it was originally designed for, this is a must. This instructional is stacked with aha moments, presented in an entertaining and highly pedagogical manner. Unlike most self defense instructors out there,for Richardson, theory is not enough. Everything presented is thoroughly tested in live sparring. I cannot wait for more releases from Richardson!
