amazing
Transformational concepts!
Excellent instructional.
Second best instructional I've watched today
Amazing how Craig helps you to rethink moves you already know and how to apply them!
This is a great instructional for understanding how to get off the ground. Covers a lot of seated guard initially. Then moves to Reverse Z-Guard, and finishes with Turtle/4-Point/Standing Rear Bodylock. I like the system and think I understand it. It seems like Craig calls for turtling whenever you can, and teaches reverse Z as a counter to the biggest threat to you being able to Turtle, which would be your opponent Bodylocking you (essentially pinning you). I liked the approach, I do wish he added the close guard basics because he uses closed guard as an entry to Reverse Z.
Great for adding some counter bottom wrestling to your game.
full of the good stuff
fast improvement
Made me rethink my turtle and bottom game
Excellent material. Learning a lot.
not only attacks but also a great concept and furthermore guard retention and reversals
great detail.
completely changed the way i approach bottom position
As a white belt who always get pinned in the bottom position, this instructional helps to turn a defensive position into a for offensive one.
Ive started rolling with more advanced belts at my gym and the passing techniques that worked on the white belts suddenly stopped working on the more advanced guys. This video changed that for me and now Im getting passed the trickier guards of the more advanced opponents in my gym
best instructional i watched so far
best intructional I watched so far
His systems are going to take over the game
I’m a white belt and i just started to dominate blue belts in my gym
I instantly was doing better in the gym with this concept
Really added to my game from the bottom, one of the more unique instructionals in that regard.
I'm finding a lot more movement coming from the bottom after implementing some of Craig's stuff from this instructional. 5/5
Great for creating a dynamic bottom game
Love Craigs mindset on this.
