Awesome 50 50 guide
Really great instructional. Has definitely helped me on the mat and helps me learn faster when discussing positions with others during practice. Jason has an amazing teaching style and is not hard to stay engaged with.

Jason Rau is the rare combination of great competitor & instructor. He is a really precise technician and it shows in the level of detail he puts into the moves he demonstrates; what I really enjoy about his teaching in general, and in this case, 50/50 in particular, is the discussion of the microadjustments and game changing points that unlock the position. I consider myself a 50/50 player & have enjoyed a number of 50/50 instructionals and still came away with a number of novel ideas and approaches to solving multiple 50/50 scenarios. This is a great instructional for anyone who wishes to expand their 50/50 nogi repertoire. Jason is a one of the gems of BJJ on the east coast, thank you!

I love Jason's technique and style of teaching. It's high level and no added fluff. He gives you what works on black belt level reactions and finishing mechanics that are extremely powerful. Learning how to he breaks the legs apart and finish the 50/50 heel hook are worth the $77. Not to mention all the different transitions etc. If you're looking to learn 50/50 leg locks then this DVD is a MUST HAVE in your collection.
