Basic at times, but some some good stuff here.
Nice game explained inside
Jozef Chen is a true teacher. Excellent lessons on how to pass a guard player who wants to remain seated. The games he suggests are a real gift. They are much more effective than drills.
very good
amazing instructional
Really good
I use several concepts and moves from this video almost every time I train. Great stuff.
good instructions
Great instructional and the drills included at the end are very helpful.
This instructional has only 2 videos but it is worth the study. I do wish there were more videos maybe with live rolls analysis
Good instructional and tips to engage the guard
Good for elevating your understanding of engaging
Great! Useful information for engaging in passing.
Very good instructional, great for developing a strong offensive from all parts of your game.
Jozeph Chen
Really enjoyed this instructional. Lots of detail on a subject that sits between guard passing and defing against an agressive guard player. Can't wait for more Jozef insytructionals.
this video is great I love how he breaks every down
Top game
a lot of good engagment !
awesome
Hes one of the smartest instructors out there! A must
Jozef is a highly technical and cognitive athlete. With this instructional I wish he would have slowed down and showed particular techniques multiple times in detail. He seems to just flow from one thing to the next before cementing the last technique. From the learner perspective hes needs to be more sysytematic
I love it thank you
good explanation front to back.
A much needed part of the game.Haven't seen any other instructionals on hand-fighting from top. Would be great to combine with a Part 2: Passing
