  He's both extremely technical and covers the high-level philosophy of the movements very well. Always knows the right level of detail to use to keep things from getting boring too.

• interesting new approach

  I found this video very interesting, because it is not technique heavy, but very much on the concepts of what your opponent is doing, and how to mitigate that. It is one of the most concept focused videos I've seen, and I found it useful.
