• You'll win more because you'll know more.

  Within watching the first 2 hours of this instructional, my armbar % went up by at least 25%. now that i am through it i am consistantly finding and finishing armbars in most positions. The pinciple based understanding of knowledge that Danaher gives you in this series is long yes, but gives incredably quick gains just from watching.

  Such a great course. Really great for showing how important control is first. I always learned how fast armbars can be but this really showed me that slower approach is awesome.
