• Danaher is a master technician

  This dvd has given me not only a more broad view of the arm bar but also given me the confidence to attempt and secure these positions. Danaher is so thorough with his lessons and this instructional is now a staple in my go to bjj files. I've watched it over and over in the years I've had it and I continually enjoy seeing things I've missed or haven't been able to secure before. I highly recommend this instructional video to anyone who trains BJJ and wants to broaden your game in the Juji Gatame postion.
