  As usual Professor John Danaher provides more bang for your buck than any other video series I have seen. Nobody explains the techniques, traps, series of body movements - better than Mr. Danaher. I watch these to begin mastering a move...once I am pulling off the move regularly...I go back and watch it again...and again to keep honing in my technique. I can't move to Austin and roll with this guy...but this is absolutely the next best thing.

  I have spent more money than I would like to admit on instructionals. I have most of Danaher’s stuff. This series in my opinion is his best stuff. His clarity, detail and efficiency in this series in second to none. The triangles and kimuras series added so much to my game.
