Great instructional!
Very helpful!!! I love the way Bernardo teaches. His technique is perfect for a big guy like me. The escapes work just like he displays in the video. It’s a great instructional video.

Great content and demonstrates important details that Bernardo finds most effective. Definitely has helped me be more confident in certain positions as I explore more escapes. I still have a lot of the video to see still, but it’s been great so far.

This video presents a lot of different techniques. After thoroughly enjoying - and applying to my game - Faria's 'Pressure Passing Encyclopedia' and 'Battle Tested Pressure Passing' (both excellent) I felt confident that this would be great as well. Faria presents a whole slew of different escapes from a variety of positions. I've found the most successful focusing on 1 or two, watching them over and over, then testing them out in my next training sessions. Watching the whole video and trying to apply it all is like drinking from a fire hose. Highly recommend.
