• Putting it all together; a system for intelligent guarplay

  There's a lot of various guard instructionals out there, but this is the first one I've seen that teaches you how to put it all together into a functional system... when to actually use them and why. I finally feel like I have an intelligent system when playing guard now... I'm less fatigued and can find the sweep, submission or back take with so much less effort than previously. Thank you Mikey, you've made something that's quite complex seem simple and understandable

  I have watched a number of instructional of Mike Musumeci. Among all of them, this one was the most interesting for me. He teaches a series of techniques to be applied from different positions detailing in what cases they should be used. This instructional definitely impacted my game.

  Hello my name is Tiger, I’m a white belt entering to blue belt and this foundation of guard attack has help me so much with my guard game, before I was just defending on my guard but now I learn and understanding the foundation of how to attack and start to use it with my partner which work every times but there still a little that could be adjustment to my game. This guard foundation taught me on how to attack different guards in a different variety, it’s really useful for someone who play guard a lot, for passing or top person you can use this to counter the attack as well as guard attack.
