Best Introductory Course
In my opinion this is hands down a must have Instructional for your first years in BJJ. As a white belt you are going to be playing off worse positions almost all the time, and Lachlan does a phenomenal job guiding you through escaping all of them. I noticed my game has improved tremendously and I have not even gone through all of the material yet. Also, it is structured in an encyclopedia-like fashion, and you can refer to each position and each counter if you are having trouble with a particular issue. There is enough stuff here even for more advanced practitioners, so you can't really go wrong with it. 10/10 recommend.
Among My favorites
I use a lot from this video to help me teach cogently at my dojo. It resonates well with beginners, but I love it for myself as well. Especially as I age.

Brilliant instruction. This instructional is organized well and easy to follow. I love that Lachlan shows the top players options as well as your options. Obviously, knowing the techniques is important, but knowing your opponents reactions and options might be more important. This instructional will sharpen your knowledge and keep you a step ahead!

Lachlan Giles' instructionals are always worth the cost. His teaching is always top notch and the quality of the video is at the highest quality. Lachlan breaks down each technique in a very easy to understand way and NEVER skims on the details. This instructional is 100% worth the buy and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their escapes. It has definitely helped me improve my own escapes.

I'm only into chapter two so far,but I've been able to put much of it to practical use during my drills and rolls. Concepts are easy to follow, easy to understand. I'll be looking for more of his videos.
