  Stephen is a fellow Massachusetts based martial artist whom is very respected in our MMA Community, and this DVD is proof positive that the sentiment is spot on. As a striking coach I wanted to see the format and information provided here and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of quality instruction here for a fantastic price. This is hours of information that covers enough to get someone direction early or even well into their MMA striking progression. Great instructor (via Kru Mark), content (loved the wax on approach to round kicks) and easy to understand. Excellent, and highly recommended by a peer.
