  J. B. provided a great libary of chokes. it includes no gi chokes as well as gi chokes. No gi chokes from standing, from standing to ground, top and bottom. Gi chokes are shown from top and bottom. The details are well chosen and on point. Really applicable instructional! Highly recommend!!
