  The ultimate flowchart by Joel Bouhey is a great instructional. Being new to jiu jutsu I am always static when I roll, it's hard to comprehend the next step I can take. But this instructional gave me a wide variety of options which I can drill, to make my jiu jitsu a lot more fluid.
